I assisted the creative director at GQ last year and helped prepare for the three main editorial shoots for February, March and April (they work three months in advance.) The creative director picked from the clothes I called in and meeting the models wasn't a bad job!
All the shoots were done in Malaysia so unfortunately I was unable to go on the shoots but I looked after the main fashion office while they were away! I keep meaning to buy the issues and finally got round to getting the April issue (images above) even though I got a few strange looks reading a mens magazine on the bus! I loved working for a mens magazine just as much as styling women and there is nothing better than seeing the final shoot!
